Common questions
How do I book a class?+
Open the ClassSnapp app, pick your child's grade and subject, choose a chapter, and select an available slot with one of our tutors. You'll get a confirmation and a reminder before the class starts.
How do I reschedule or cancel a class?+
Go to the Upcoming tab in the app, tap the class, and choose Reschedule or Cancel. Credits are returned automatically for cancellations made in time.
How do credits and refunds work?+
Each class uses one credit. You can buy credit packs from the app. Unused credits stay on your account and can be used for any future class. For refund questions, email [email protected].
I'm having trouble joining the classroom.+
Please check your internet connection, allow camera and microphone access in your browser, and try rejoining. If the problem persists, write to us with your child's name and the class time so we can help.
How do I add another parent or guardian?+
Open the Profile tab and tap Add Family Member. Enter their mobile number, share the OTP they receive, and they'll be added to your family account.
How do I delete my account?+
You can request account deletion from the app's Profile tab, or by visiting our Delete Account page.
