Delete Your Account
We are sorry to see you go. If you would like to delete your ClassSnapp account and all associated data, you can do so using either of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from the App
Open the ClassSnapp app, go to your Profile tab, and tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen. Confirm your request and your account will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2: Request via Email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include the mobile number or email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

- Your account and personal information (name, phone number, email) will be permanently deleted.
- All student profiles linked to your account will be removed.
- Unused credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded after deletion.
- Session history, learning reports, and assessment data will be deleted.
- Account deletion is processed within 7 days of your request.
- This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
