  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns.
  • Audio transcription: classroom audio may be transcribed for generating learning summaries and session reports. Transcripts are processed by third-party speech recognition services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
  • Match students with appropriate tutors based on subject, grade, and availability.
  • Generate learning reports, session summaries, and personalised recommendations.
  • Process payments and manage account credits.

  • We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls.
  • Session recordings, transcripts, and whiteboard data are stored in encrypted cloud storage with restricted access.
  • While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

ClassSnapp is designed for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. All student accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately.
